DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Sorry I do not accept custom orders at this time. Occasionally I will offer presales during site restocks.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipments go out on Tuesdays. Orders placed before midnight MT Sunday, will be shipped on Tuesday. The flat rate shipping option is estimated based on past orders. Significant overages will be refunded. If your shipping exceeds the amount quoted I will send you an invoice for the difference and hold the shipment until payment has been received.
Local Pick Up
You will be contacted when your order is available for pick up. Contactless pick-up is provided.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
Buyers Remorse?? It happens you are able to cancel your order until it ships. Please note as I get charged a fee to process refunds, your refunded amount will be subject to a $5 administration fee.
All shipping charges are at the customers expense and WILL NOT be refunded. I will refund the item amount once I receive it back in the condition it was shipped.
Broken or Damaged Items?
Please email me photographs of the box and each item and I will refund you for the damaged items.
